Description
Philippe Menetrey, 49, a very experienced paragliding pilot (20 years) died from the consequences of a speed-flying accident. Philippe took off on the evening of 8 September on the Salève - not far from the cable car. It was not until the following evening at 19:30 the railway staff spotted him motionless lying there on his glider in the trees.
